Hunter Tyson (born June 13, 2000) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Tyson grew up in Monroe, North Carolina, and attended Piedmont High School, where he averaged 27.1 points in his senior year of high school. He played college basketball for Clemson University from 2018 to 2023. He was selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder as the 37th overall pick in the second round of the 2023 NBA draft and was subsequently traded to the Denver Nuggets. He plays the small forward/power forward position and wears jersey number 5. Hunter Tyson is 2.03 m tall and weighs 98 kg.
