Devin Carter is an American professional basketball player who plays as a shooting guard for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Providence Friars.

Carter began his college career at the University of South Carolina. As a freshman in the 2021-2022 season, he played in 29 games, averaging 9.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game.
