NBA Playoffs 2025 Pacers vs. Bucks Game 2 Injury Report- Which Players Have Been Listed On Injury Report Ahead of Game 2?

Garima Ranawat

Here is the injury report for Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks ahead of Game 2 of first-round playoff series.

The 2025 NBA Playoffs are in full swing. All 16 qualified teams across both the conferences have played at least first of their seven games from Round 1 series. The Indiana Pacers, seeded fourth in the East and the Milwaukee Bucks, in fifth, are also set to play their second game of the opening round.

In the series opener, the Pacers recorded a blowout 117-98 win over the Milwaukee Bucks to get an early lead. The Pacers were fueled by Pascal Siakam’s 25 points, seven rebounds, and two assists while Myles Turner scored 19 points, five rebounds, and two assists.

On the other hand, Giannis Antetokounmpo, one of the three finalists for the NBA MVP Award 2024-25, came up with 36 points, 12 rebounds, and one assist. However, his effort fell short and the Bucks received an early setback heading into their ninth straight playoffs series.

In the second game, the Pacers would aim to continue their run, while the Bucks would focus to overcome their shortcomings to level and get control of things before the series slips away.

Stakes are high and both teams would want to put in their best show with a healthy roster. However, there are a few injury concerns for both Pacers and Bucks. Let’s take a look at how the injury reports look ahead of their second game.

Indiana Pacers’ Injuries

Isaiah Jackson- Out (Right Achilles Tendon Tear)

The Indiana Pacers have a clean injury report ahead of the second game of the best-of-seven series except Isaiah Jackson being listed. Jackson sustained a torn right Achilles tendon in November against the New Orleans Pelicans, and the injury ended his season.

Milwaukee Bucks’ Injuries

Damian Lillard- Questionable (Return to Competition Reconditioning)
Tyler Smith- Out (Left Ankle Sprain)

Damian Lillard has not played since March 18 with a blood clot in his right calf. However, in a positive development, he has been upgraded as questionable for the second game with return to competition reconditioning. Lillard was cleared to play in the postseason and his return is expected in Game 2 or 3 of the series.

Apart from him, Tyler Smith has been ruled out of the game with an ankle sprain. This is the second consecutive game that Smith will miss. The rookie has averaged 2.9 points and 1.1 rebounds per game this season and hence, his absence won’t have a significant impact on the gameplay.
