Monday night in the NBA featured seven games, with stars like Steph Curry, Nikola Jokic, and Joel Embiid in action. While Jokic and Embiid had strong performances, Curry and the Warriors had a tough night.

The New York Knicks won their eighth straight game, beating the Washington Wizards 126-106. Josh Hart had an incredible triple-double with 23 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists. Karl-Anthony Towns continued his fine form, adding 32 points and 13 rebounds.
For Washington, Jonas Valanciunas scored 22 points, matching his season-high. But it wasn’t enough to stop the Wizards, who now have just 5 wins in 30 games.
The Chicago Bulls won 115-108 in overtime against the Charlotte Hornets. Coby White was close to his first career triple-double with 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists. Torrey Craig added 18 points, hitting five 3-pointers in the second half.
Miles Bridges had a great game for Charlotte, scoring 31 points and grabbing 12 rebounds, but the Hornets lost their 16th games in last 17 matchups.
It was a near perfect night for Nuggets who secured a comfortable win over Jazz. Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, and Russell Westbrook log in 10+ assists. Jokic had a triple-double, and Russell Westbrook also recorded a perfect triple-double with no missed shots and no turnovers. Westbrook finished with 16 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, and 4 steals.

The New Orleans Pelicans’ losing streak reached 10 games as they lost 116-113 to the Los Angeles Clippers. Norman Powell scored 35 points, and James Harden hit clutch free throws with 17.9 seconds left to win the game for the Clippers.
The Pelicans (5-28) have now lost 25 of their last 27 games.
The Sacramento Kings beat the short-handed Dallas Mavericks 110-100. De’Aaron Fox led the way with 33 points. The Mavericks were missing key players, including Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic, and Sacramento took advantage of the situation. It was Doug Christie’s first win as interim head coach of the Kings after Mike Brown was fired.
Joel Embiid scored a season-high 37 points to lead the Philadelphia 76ers to a 125-103 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Embiid’s strong play helped the Sixers win their fourth straight game.
Anfernee Simons led the Blazers with 25 points, but they couldn’t keep up with the Sixers.
The Cleveland Cavaliers won their seventh straight game, defeating the Golden State Warriors 113-95. Darius Garland scored 25 points, and Donovan Mitchell added 23 points. The Cavs’ defense held the Warriors to just 95 points.
Moses Moody led Golden State with 19 points, but the Warriors (16-16) struggled against the red-hot Cavaliers.
