We can always count on Week 18 of the NFL season to bring some high-stake match-ups. With 2 playoffs spots on the line and the biggest prize in the NFC, the #1 seed at stake, we are set for some exciting games tonight.

The Lions vs. Vikings is going to be absolute cinema! This is more of a winner takes all game. Supremacy for the NFC North on the line, #1 NFC seed up for grabs, the winner gets home advantage and the losing side gets the #5 seed: This is tension at its peak!

The Lions vs. Vikings game will also feature on week 18 Sunday Night Football tonight. What a way to end the 2024 regular season!

Chiefs vs. Broncos

Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos just need to win this one against the Chiefs. A win for Denver will knock the Dolphins and the Bengals out of contention. But a loss here for Denver will put them in a spot of jeopardy.

To beat the formidable Kansas City seems like an uphill task but given the fact that the Chiefs have decided to rest their key players like Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Chris Jones and a few more might make the task easier for the Broncos. If the Broncos lose the game, they will be eliminated.

Jets vs. Dolphins

Joe Burrow and co. beating the Steelers yesterday added to the troubles for the Miami Dolphins. They would have a 22 percent chance to make it to the postseason if they beat Aaron Rodgers and the Jets tonight, which is better than the Bengals’ 12 percent chance.

To grab the last playoff spot in the AFC, the Dolphins will need to beat the Jets and hope for the Chiefs to beat the Broncos! Beating the Jets won’t be an easy task, given the fact that the Dolphins still don’t have Tua in the fold!

Falcons vs. Panthers

The Atlanta Falcon need 2 things to happen for them to get to the postseason. Win the game vs. the Panther and hope for the Bucs to lose their game. At the time of publishing this article, the Falcons are trailing 10-17 against the Panthers in Q2.

If they lose and the Bucs lose too, then the Bucs will clinch the NFC South, the 4th seed, as well as the final spot in the playoffs due to a better head to head record.

Buccaneers vs. Saints

The math is simple for the Bucs. Beat the Saints and they get in. Baker Mayfield-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers are up against the New Orleans Saints, a game where the Bucs are a 14-point favorite. The Bucs have an 85 percent chance of getting to the playoffs but at the time of writing this article, the Bucs trail by 3-13 against the Saints in Q2.

If the Bucs lose and the Falcons win their game against the Panthers, the Falcons will clinch the NFC South, thanks to their head to head sweep against the Bucs this season.
