Jayson Tatum doesn’t consider him as the face of the NBA, but his performance tells a different story. The 27-year-old forward dropped a 40-point performance on Sunday night as the Boston Celtics snapped the Lakers’ eight-game winning streak.

Tatum sparked Boston to dominate the game in the second half. An initial 24-9 run in the third quarter helped the Celtics to counter the Lakers’ defense. Tatum crossed the 20-point mark before the half-time and reached his double-double in the fourth quarter.
