Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sané is highly speculated of a move away from the Bundesliga this summer. After failing to clinch enough game time under the shadows of Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry, the German is deciding on his future away from Munich this summer.

With Sané’s contract expiring in June 2025, the 29-year-old could leave as a free agent in 2025. Joining Bayern Munich in 2020 from Manchester City, Sané is also said to be eyeing a move back to the Premier League as a certain club has shown major interest in the pacy winger.

Sané is no stranger to the Premier League as he played with Manchester City from 2016 to 2020. Starting for Pep Guardiola, the German has also won several titles during his time in England. With his second stint in England in the picture, Tottenham could be presented with a rare opportunity.

According to the latest report from Sky Sports, Tottenham Hotspur currently leads the race to sign Sané from Bayern Munich this summer. The reports state that the North London club will be presented with an opportunity to sign Sané as a free agent at the end of his contract in June.

Many are speculating that Tottenham’s recent UEL glory is playing a huge role in securing Sané’s talents.
