The Las Vegas Raiders’ 2024 campaign was one to forget for the franchise and fans alike. Struggling to keep pace with the other teams in their division, the Raiders had problems throughout the season. They fell to a 4-13 record and need to rebuild the roster, with the most important position being the quarterback.

With this year’s draft class considered to be on the weaker side for quarterbacks, Las Vegas only drafted a quarterback in the sixth round of the draft. The Raiders added quality in the running back and receiver rooms in the first couple of rounds, which was expected.

The one thing in favor of the Raiders, however, could be their schedule this year. Although we do not have the exact schedule in terms of dates and time, we do know who Vegas will face, and there could be a few easier matches as they face the fourth-placed teams. Moreover, the Raiders will be facing the AFC South this year, which at the moment is considered to be the weakest division in the conference. Having said that, let us take a look at the Raiders’ opponents for the 2025 season.

Las Vegas Raiders 2025 Season Home Games

This year, the Raiders, who belong to the AFC, have the advantage of playing 9 home games as against 8 away games due to the NFL’s policy to alternate the extra home again on a yearly basis. The Raiders belong to the AFC West division, which also includes the Chiefs, Broncos, and Chargers. As is customary in the NFL, the Raiders will play these teams twice in a year, once at home and again in the away fixtures.

Vegas will then play 2 home games with one of the other divisions in each conference. This year, the AFC West will play the AFC South and from that, the Raiders will host the Jaguars and the Titans. From the NFC, the AFC West will take on the NFC East, and the teams visiting Vegas will be the Cowboys and the Giants.

The remaining two games will be against those teams that finished fourth in their division in 2024, just like the Raiders. Therefore, Vegas plays host to the Browns from the AFC North and the Bears from the NFC North.

Las Vegas Raiders 2025 Season Away Games

On the road, the Raiders will travel to Kansas City, Denver, and Los Angeles to play the return games from their division. Then they will also play the remaining 2 teams from the AFC South and the NFC East, which are the Texans, Colts, Eagles, and Commanders, respectively. The last game will be against the Patriots, who are the fourth-placed team from the AFC East.

As mentioned earlier, the Raiders used their first two picks to grab quality on offense. With the 6th overall pick, they selected running back Ashton Jeanty, who is widely regarded as a top running back and was the clear favorite in this year’s class. In the second round, they took Jack Bech, who is likely to slip into the WR3 role.
