The Aces are leading their best-of-five series against the Fever.
The Indiana Fever are all set to host the Las Vegas Aces in a crucial Game 4 of their 2025 WNBA semifinals on Sunday, September 28. The Fever are on the edge of being knocked out of the playoffs and hence need to win Sunday’s game in order to force a decider and take the series back to Las Vegas for Game 5.
The series kicked off with the Fever registering a significant victory over their counterparts. However, over the next two games, the Aces got back into the momentum and registered back-to-back victories. The last meeting between the two teams saw Las Vegas extend their series dominance with an 84-72 victory over Indiana in their own backyard.
They were led by Jackie Young’s 25 points, while NaLyssa Smith added 16 points to the scoreboard. Chelsea Gray came up with a 15-point performance whereas reigning MVP A’ja Wilson had 13 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. On the other hand, the Fever, who went cold from field in the final quarter, were led by Kelsey Mitchell’s 21 points, while Lexie Hull poured in 16 points.
The Aces are poised to advance to the finals to clinch their third championship in four games. The hosts need to overcome their depleted roster and put on a high-stake performance defined by momentum and physicality.
