“I’m gonna make fun of you” – Nikola Jokic sends a playful warning to Russell Westbrook about his triple-double record

The Denver Nuggets has regained their form after a sloppy start to the season. Going into the All-Star break, the Nuggets won eight consecutive matches to gain a solid grip on the third seed.

The locker room chemistry has been at an all-time high as three players average more than six assists per game. The healthy Nuggets with the Joker can be a problem for anybody in the league on their own day.

In a hilarious video, Jokic has been seen making fun of Russell Westbrook while going to the practice. The Joker sounded retty confident in his claim to break Westbrook’s triple-double record just for the sake of bragging rights his whole life.

Notably, Jokic can join Russell Westbrook and Oscar Robertson as the only players to average a triple-double in the season. As of the All-Star break, Jokic averages 29.8 points, 12.6 rebounds and 10.2 assists per game. However, Westbrook is the only player to have done it multiple times in a season.

Going into the 2025 All-Star break, Jokic had 154 triple-doubles and Westbrook had 202. The pace with which Nikola Jokic is scoring a triple-double, Westbrook might not hold the number one spot after the next season.
