The NBA draft lottery is one of the most anticipated events in the pro basketball landscape especially with the picks of young and upcoming talents on the stake. Struggling franchises from the past season get to try their luck with the first 4 draft picks on the line.
NBA Draft Lottery 2025 is set to take place on May 12th, Monday at 7 PM ET. Various teams who went on to finish at the lower positions in the NBA 2024-25 season from both the Eastern and Western Conferences will have their luck tested for the fight to pick the top college basketball talents.
The teams that went on to perform worst in the past season have a higher chance of getting the lottery picks. Though, in total 14 teams are in the contention but usually the worst performing teams from the previous season get more probable chance to improvise their team with the top college basketball players.
