Daniel Jones Contract Incentives With the Colts Are Rewarding Him Handsomely!

Eric Divakaran

Daniel Jones, aka “Danny Dimes,” is a former New York Giants quarterback who is now the quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. He has reinvented himself as the Colts’ signal-caller after a mid-2024- release from the Giants. Selected sixth overall in 2019, Jones led the Giants to a surprise 2022 playoff berth with his dual-threat ability. However, after getting released, Jones was seeking a fresh start and ultimately signed with the Colts in the 2025 offseason, edging out Anthony Richardson for the starting role.

Jones has been lights-out this year, orchestrating a perfect 3-0 start, the Colts’ first since 2009, with 816 passing yards (third in the NFL), an absurd 71.6% completion rate, and a league-leading 0.40 EPA (Expected points added), and zero turnovers. He’s tallied six total touchdowns, fueling 103 points scored and just one punt all season. His play certainly has the fans excited for what the Colts could achieve this season.

Daniel Jones Has Earned $300K in 3 Weeks As Colts QB1!

Daniel Jones, through just 3 games played this season, has earned $300,000 in bonuses with Colts. Jones will receive $100K for every regular season win in which he participates in at least 50% of the snaps.

As mentioned earlier, Jones is playing lights out and the Colts did a great job incentivizing Jones, which could keep him motivated throughout the season as each win will grant him an extra $100K.

I cover the National Football League and things cannot get better than that. I always dreamed to play football or basketball professionally since I’m built like a Running Back. But now that I can’t, since I’m technically in the “Unc” age, I thought why not pick a career in sports industry? So here I am, doing what I love, and hoping that the Commanders win the Super Bowl. I give love to players when it’s due, but can be critical about their performances at the same time. Enough about me, now let my articles do all the talking.
