After Belgium’s Golden Generation nears the end, the 2026 World Cup will possibly be their last shot at a major International Trophy. The Belgian Devils will begin their UEFA World Cup Qualifiers Campaign in June 2025 as they will join teams like North Macedonia, Wales and Kazakhstan in Group J.

Belgium entered the Qualifiers after a comeback 3-0 victory in the second leg against Ukraine in the Play-Offs in March. Romelo Lukaku who scored a brace in the second leg against Ukraine will again be in action. Winning the tie 4-3 on aggregate, Rudi Garcia’s side will now head on to the UEFA World Cup Qualifiers starting June 2025.

Belgium Fixtures In 2025: Aiming for World Cup Qualification

Belgium have lost four of their past five games coming into the UEFA Qualifiers. Registering only two wins and six defeats since June 2024, Garcia will look to overturn their rough patch as they line up for a crucial 2025. Belgium will take on North Macedonia in their first fixture of the UEFA World Cup Qualifiers. Belgium is yet to lose to North Macedonia as the sides have met twice before back in 2013.
