Amon-Ra St Brown Stats : Another game with a Receiving Touchdown ?

Charles Taudin

Will Amon-Ra St Brown score a receiving touchdown this week-end again ?

On Sunday 1 pm ET, Amon-Ra St Brown and the Lions will try to get their 10th victory of the season against the Indianapolis Colts.

Since the beginning of the season, the Lions have shown really power on the offensive side of the ball. While it is on the ground or in the air, Jared Goff finds his men at will.

And among all the talent within this organisation, Amon-Ra St Brown is one of the brightest stars. Last week, his talent was at full display with a 11 receptions game and a career-high 161 yards and two touchdowns against the Jaguars.

This game marked his eight-consecutive game with a touchdown this season. Another one on Sunday and St Brown will join elite company.

Where Would Amon-Ra St Brown stand with another TD on Sunday ?

The Colts will try to minimise the impact of St Brown this Sunday but it is no easy task. The number of targets will prevent the Colts to double or triple cover St Brown.

With another touchdown, he will be the 5th player in NFL history with a touchdown reception in nine consecutive games within a single season.

What a win would mean for both teams ?

This game has implications for both teams.

For Detroit, a win would keep the Minnesota Vikings (8-2) at second place in the division. The Vikings might have a tough game against the Bears in Chicago. A win combined with a Vikings’ loss would give a huge advantage for Detroit for the division title.

For the Colts, the playoffs are still a possibility. They are the first non-wild card team in the AFC, standing one game behind the Denver Broncos. They have won a crucial game against the Jets despote blowing a big lead.

A loss could give a blow to their playoffs hopes.
