In a bid to continue his dream run at the 2025 Terra Wortmann Open in Halle, 2023 champion Alexander Bublik faces Karen Khachanov of Russia on OWL Arena. The duo will play out a heavy-hitting semifinal on Saturday to determine who enters the summit clash – to face either Alexander Zverev or Daniil Medvedev.
Whenever the Halle Open comes along, there seems to be an extra gear that kicks into Alexander Bublik. The World No. 45 has been serving extremely well this week, and constructed a masterful performance to outclass top seed Jannik Sinner in the Round of 16. The No. 8 seed is yet to face a fellow seeded player at the tournament – but Bublik is playing like one so far.
