In his sole collegiate career with Rutgers Scarlet Knights, Bailey averaged 17.6 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. He scored 527 points, and trailed behind his teammate Dylan Harper as the second-highest scorer by a Rutgers freshman. In addition, he earned the Big Ten All-Freshman Team honors and was named Third-Team All-Big Ten.
