NFL Week 4 Predictions – Lines, Spreads and Betting Odds for Every Team ahead of 2025-26 Season Week 4

Devavrat Kulkarni

The Bills are once again huge favorites in week 4 with a game against the Saints!

If week 2 of the NFL season was one full of injuries, the headline for week 3 was the field goals and all the drama associated with them. Four games from the past week were decided by teams kicking a walk-off field goal in the end.

There were also a total of 4 blocked field goals, three of which happened inside the final two minutes of the game, something that last happened in 1990. There were other surprises along the way as well, such as the Panthers’ 30-0 win over the Falcons, the Bears’ 31-14 win over the Cowboys, and the special performance from Vikings’ cornerback Isaiah Rodgers in their thrashing of the Bengals.

Now, however, it is time to look ahead to week 4. There is another slate of 16 games to look forward to, starting with Thursday Night Football (TNF) featuring the Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks.

NFL Week 4 Spreads

Heading into week 4, the Buffalo Bills are once again massive favorites in their matchup against the New Orleans Saints at -16.5. After their sensational performance against the Ravens in week 3, the Lions are now huge favorites against the Browns with a spread of -8.5, and the Texans are 7.5-point favorites over the Titans.

Moneylines and Betting Odds for Week 4

As for the moneyline, the Bills are -1800, the Lions hold a -500 line, and the Texans are at -355. The Broncos are also -355 over the Bengals.

Now, let us take a look at the betting odds as per FanDuel for all week 4 matchups, along with the predictions.

Seattle Seahawks (2-1) vs Arizona Cardinals (2-1)

The Seattle Seahawks and the Arizona Cardinals are both 2-1 on the season and will contest this divisional match-up in week 4. The Seahawks defeated the Saints 44-13 in week 3, while the Cardinals lost 15-16 to the 49ers.

Minnesota Vikings (2-1) vs Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1)

Two more teams that are 2-1 on the season and are also part of two of the toughest divisions in the league. The Vikings had a day to remember in week 3 as they downed the Bengals 48-10, while the Steelers defeated the Patriots 21-14.

Philadelphia Eagles (3-0) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-0)

One of these two teams will lose its undefeated status in week 4. The Eagles earned a hard-fought come-from-behind win over the Rams (33-26) with a last-minute field goal block in week 3, whereas the Bucs kicked a game-winning field goal against the Jets to win 29-27.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers+158+3.5 (-115)U 44.5 (-118)

Prediction: Eagles win.

New Orleans Saints (0-3) vs Buffalo Bills (3-0)

If games could be played on paper, this one wouldn’t take place. The Bills are cruising with a 3-0 record while the Saints are winless. Buffalo won 31-21 at home against Miami last week, while the Saints lost to the Seahawks.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
New Orleans Saints+980+16.5 (-110)O 48.5 (-105)
Buffalo Bills-1800-16.5 (-110)U 48.5 (-115)

Cleveland Browns (1-2) vs Detroit Lions (2-1)

Cleveland may have just played the game of their season and walked away with a win against the Packers (13-10) following a blocked field goal and the ensuing game-winning field goal. The Lions put in a great effort in their 38-30 win over the Ravens.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points

Tennessee Titans (0-3) vs Houston Texans (0-3)

Nothing much to say here, except one of these teams will have its first win of the season. The Titans’ struggles continued again in week 3 with a 41-20 loss to the Colts, whereas the Texans could put up only 10 points in their 10-17 loss to the Jaguars.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Tennessee Titans+270+7.5 (-122)O 38.5 (-110)
Houston Texans-335-7.5 (+100)U 38.5 (-110)

Prediction: Texans win.

Los Angeles Chargers (3-0) vs New York Giants (0-3)

The 3-0 Chargers go up against the 0-3 Giants in what will be Jaxson Dart’s first start in the NFL. Los Angeles has played and won against all 3 divisional opponents in the first three weeks, with their last win coming against the Broncos (23-20). The Giants lost once again in their home game against the Chiefs (9-22).

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Los Angeles Chargers-290-6.5 (-105)O 44.5 (-110)
New York Giants+235+6.5 (-115)U 44.5 (-110)

Prediction: Chargers win.

Washington Commanders (2-1) vs Atlanta Falcons (1-2)

The Commanders are coming off a week 3 win over the Raiders (41-24) with Marcus Mariota under center for Jayden Daniels. As for the Falcons, it was one of the worst days in the office, losing 0-30 to the Panthers.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Washington Commanders-126-1.5 (-115)O 45.5 (-110)
Atlanta Falcons+108+1.5 (-105)U 45.5 (-110)

Prediction: Commanders win and cover the spread.

Carolina Panthers (1-2) vs New England Patriots (1-2)

The Panthers defeated the Falcons 30-0 last week, but even then, there are plenty of doubts around this team. It could have been just one of those days when anything can happen. As for the Patriots, they lost 14-21 to the Steelers.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Carolina Panthers+198+5.5 (-110)O 43.5 (-105)
New England Patriots-240-5.5 (-110)U 43.5 (-115)

Prediction: Patriots win.

Indianapolis Colts (3-0) vs Los Angeles Rams (2-1)

An interesting matchup as the Colts are surprising one and all with their 3-0 start. That said, all their wins have come against teams with a losing record, so this will be a good test for them. The Rams will be looking to bounce back after letting slip a big third-quarter lead over the Eagles in week 3.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Indianapolis Colts+152+3.5 (-112)O 49.5 (-106)
Los Angeles Rams-180-3.5 (-108)U 49.5 (-114)

Prediction: Colts win.

Jacksonville Jaguars (2-1) vs San Francisco 49ers (3-0)

The Jaguars are at 2-1 following their divisional win over the Texans last week, while the 49ers continue to win games despite injury worries.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Jacksonville Jaguars+142+3.5 (-120)O 46.5 (-115)
San Francisco 49ers-168-3.5 (-102)U 46.5 (-105)

Prediction: 49ers win and cover the spread.

Baltimore Ravens (1-2) vs Kansas City Chiefs (1-2)

Two teams that have a surprising losing record heading into week 4 at 1-2. One of them will fall to 1-3, putting their season at much risk. Baltimore is recently coming off a deflating loss against the Lions, while the Chiefs earned their first win against the Giants in New York.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Baltimore Ravens-146-2.5 (-118)O 48.5 (-115)
Kansas City Chiefs+124+2.5 (-104)U 48.5 (-105)

Prediction: Ravens win and cover the spread.

Chicago Bears (1-2) vs Las Vegas Raiders (0-3)

Chicago went into week 3 without a win, but heads into week 4 with plenty of confidence after defeating the Cowboys 31-14, whereas the Raiders lost for the third time to remain winless.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Chicago Bears-106-1.5 (-118)O 47.5 (-118)
Las Vegas Raiders-110+1.5 (-104)U 47.5 (-104)

Prediction: Bears win and cover the spread.

Green Bay Packers (2-1) vs Dallas Cowboys (1-2)

The most-awaited matchup of this week is the Packers against the Cowboys as Micah Parsons makes his return to Dallas just a month after being traded. Green Bay had a surprising loss to the Browns last week, while Dallas also fumbled against the Bears.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Green Bay Packers-335-6.5 (-120)O 47.5 (-110)
Dallas Cowboys+265+6.5 (-102)U 47.5 (-110)

Prediction: Packers win.

New York Jets (0-3) vs Miami Dolphins (0-3)

Another matchup that pits two winless teams. Moreover, it’s a divisional battle as well. The Jets lost a close game against the Buccaneers, while the Dolphins went down to the Bills.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
New York Jets+130+2.5 (-102)O 44.5 (-112)
Miami Dolphins-154-2.5 (-120)U 44.5 (-108)

Prediction: Dolphins win and cover the spread.

Cincinnati Bengals (2-1) vs Denver Broncos (1-2)

Despite being 2-1, the Bengals are in a bad spot with Joe Burrow’s turf toe injury. They lost in a terrible manner to the Vikings in week 3. Denver, on the other hand, may be a tad unlucky to be 1-2 with a couple of close losses to the Colts and the Chargers last time around.

MoneylineSpreadTotal Points
Cincinnati Bengals+285+7.5 (-115)O 43.5 (-115)
Denver Broncos-355-7.5 (-105)U 43.5 (-105)

Prediction: Broncos win

With week 4 on the horizon and with another full slate of games, there is plenty to look forward to. It will be interesting to find out how many undefeated teams can keep their record intact for one more week at the very least.

I started out in the sports media field for two main reasons: my love for sports in general, especially the NFL, NBA, and Tennis, as well as my passion for writing. The best part of this job is that I get to write a variety of pieces with the freedom to explore content from various angles. It also enables me to stay up to date with the sporting world, which otherwise can be difficult to do in the day-to-day grind. In a world full of chaos, sports unite and entertain like nothing else!
