WNBA Injury Report and Predicted Starting Lineups Connecticut Sun vs Indiana Fever- Latest Update on Caitlin Clark’s Injury

Garima Ranawat

The Fever are 2-1 against Sun this season.

The Connecticut Sun will welcome the Indiana Fever at Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, August 17 for their fourth meeting of the 2025 WNBA season. The Fever are 2-1 against the Sun this season, and they would want to extend their tally to three wins. The Sun, on the other hand, are the worst-performing team, and they would wish to add more victories and end the regular season on a high, since playoff qualification is out of the picture.

The Fever will enter the gameplay on the back of two back-to-back losses. They lost four of their last ten games, and in the most recent matchup, they went down to the Washington Mystics in an 88-84 loss. The Sun, on the other hand, snapped their five-game losing skid by taking down the Chicago Sky in a significant 71-62 win. Needless to say, they would be high on confidence.

Considering that the regular season is nearing its end, all teams have pulled their socks up, and are aiming to bring their campaign to an end on a high. Fans can expect thrill, drama and entertainment as the Sun hosts the Fever on Sunday. Having said that, let’s quickly go through the injury reports and predicted starting lineups for both the teams.
