The Seattle Seahawks have been a competitive franchise for many years now, making it to the postseason on a regular basis. Unfortunately, though, the story has been different the last couple of seasons. Last year, despite a 10-7 record, Seattle missed out on the playoffs.

Heading into the 2025 campaign, much has changed in Seattle with respect to their core set of players on the offensive side. Former quarterback Geno Smith was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders. Wide receiver Tyler Lockett was released in March and has since joined the Tennessee Titans. Former WR1 DK Metcalf requested a trade, and he is now a part of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In place of Smith, the Seahawks have signed free agent Sam Darnold, who had a career year in Minnesota last season, and their wide receiver room will now be led by third-year wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba along with Cooper Kupp, whom they acquired after the Rams released him.

Seattle Seahawks 2025 Season Home Games

The Seahawks will face their customary divisional teams at home, which means they will have three home games against the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams, and the Arizona Cardinals.

This year, the NFC West will play the NFC South and the AFC South teams as per the NFL’s rotation policy. Thus, their home opponents will be the New Orleans Saints and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from the former and the Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts from the latter.

They will also be playing the Minnesota Vikings from the NFC North who finished second in their group, just like the Seahawks finished second in the NFC West last season.

Seattle Seahawks 2025 Season Away Games

Seattle’s away games for this season will consist of the 3 games against divisional opponents, the 49ers, Rams, and the Cardinals. They will also play the remaining teams from the NFC South and the AFC South, which are the Atlanta Falcons, the Carolina Panthers, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Tennessee Titans, respectively.

The remaining two away games will be against the Pittsburgh Steelers from the AFC North and the Washington Commanders from the NFC East, both teams that finished second in their divisions, respectively.
