Cleveland Browns are making changes into their staff following their loss in Week 18.

The Cleveland Browns wasted no time making changes to their coaching staff, parting ways with offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey this Sunday.

The decision came just a day after another disappointing loss, this time against the Baltimore Ravens, capping off what has been a dismal NFL season. The Browns managed to secure only three wins throughout the campaign, further underscoring their struggles.

This marks the second consecutive season that the Browns have dismissed their offensive coordinator. Following the 2023 season, Alex Van Pelt was let go despite the team making a playoff appearance.

This year, under Ken Dorsey’s guidance, the Browns’ offense ranked 28th in average yards gained per game and dead last in points scored, averaging just 15.2 points per game.

In addition to Dorsey’s dismissal, the team has also fired offensive line coach Andy Dickerson.

These moves suggest the Browns are committed to retaining Kevin Stefanski as their head coach, while signaling a broader overhaul is underway—changes the franchise desperately needs heading into the offseason.
