Unlike Sunday afternoons or even the Monday night showcase, TNF stands out for its unique midweek energy, all falling within the Prime Time branding. 2025-26 Thursday Night Football Schedule

The official TNF matchups kick off on September 11 and run through December 18, covering Weeks 2 through 16. You might be wondering about the game on September 4; even though it’s on a Thursday, it’s not technically part of TNF. That opener actually falls under the Sunday Night Football (SNF) umbrella and will be broadcast by NBC, who holds the rights to SNF.

Where To Watch TNF Games for the 2025-26 NFL Season?

The usual broadcast heavyweights are still in play: ESPN, NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC, and NFL Network will all carry nationally televised games throughout the season. But when it comes to Thursday Night Football (TNF), Amazon Prime Video remains the exclusive home.

This season, Peacock will also stream select games exclusively, joining the growing list of must-have services. Meanwhile, Paramount+ with Showtime will stream all CBS-broadcast games, and ESPN+ is set to feature a handful of matchups too.

Altogether, you’ll need to keep track of six TV networks and four streaming platforms to cover the entire season. Also, Netflix isn’t sitting this one out either. They’re set to stream at least two games on Christmas Day, so you might want to keep that subscription active through the holidays.
