The Minnesota Lynx became the third franchise in the history of the WNBA to reach all-time 500 victories. They achieved the feat as they defeated the Los Angeles Sparks with a significant margin. On the other hand, the Washington Mystics continued their winning momentum and defeated the Las Vegas Aces.

The Minnesota Lynx got back in form after one setback and defeated the Los Angeles Sparks 91-82. The Lynx were heading into the game on the back of a significant loss to the Phoenix Mercury. In Thursday-night’s game, Natisha Hiedeman posted 18 points, one rebound, and two assists while Napheesa Collier came up with 17 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. Apart from them, Courtney Williams dropped 16 points, five rebounds, and seven assists while Alanna Smith tallied 15 points, and five rebounds. With the win, the Lynx became the only third franchise in the history of the WNBA to reach 500 all-time victories.

On the other hand, the Sparks, who secured a victory over the Indiana Fever in the previous fixture, suffered their 14th loss of the season. Kelsey Plum emerged as their highest scorer with 17 points, three rebounds, and 12 assists, while Julie Vanloo dropped 15 points, two rebounds, and three assists. In addition, Rickea Jackson came up with 14 points, three rebounds, and one assist, whereas Dearica Hamby had 12 points, seven rebounds, and two assists.

The Washington Mystics continued their winning momentum and defeated the Las Vegas Aces 70-68. Briitney Sykes tallied 18 points, two rebounds, and four assists while Shakira Austin had 16 points, eight rebounds, and two assists. Apart from them, they had Kiki Iriafen tallying 12 points, eight rebounds, and two assists.

For the Aces, Jewell Loyd dropped 20 points, three rebounds, and one assist, while Chelsea Gray had 13 points, seven rebounds, and three assists. Loyd recorded her 607th made three-pointer and passed Tamika Catchings to move to the 10th spot on the all-time three-pointers list in the WNBA. Dana Evans recorded 11 points and two assists while Jackie Young had 10 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.
