WNBA Player Props Picks | Top WNBA Bets for 06/27/2025

Shubham Singh

The Friday WNBA action promises a lot of memorable performances. While Caitlin Clark’s status for the Indiana Fever vs Dallas Wings match-up is unclear, a lot of top athletes across the leagues will be on display.

Thus, we can have plenty of fun bets to explore in a loaded W slate. Here is a look at my top three favorite player props for the day based on BetMGM.

WNBA Player Props Pick #1: Napheesa Collier- Points

Napheesa Collier is likely to play against the Atlanta Dream after missing two straight games. Her absence has been strongly felt as the MVP frontrunner has supplied an incredible 24.4 points per game on an excellent 52.4% shooting clip.

She has converted 1.5 triples on an amazing 42.1% clip. These numbers have been career-high thus far. The forward has scored 24 or more in seven of her 11 appearances. I expect her to go over the projected mark here if she plays because of how low the bar has been set, maybe because of her injury.

WNBA Player Props Pick #2: Sabrina Ionescu- Three Pointers

Sabrina Ionescu’s responsibilities have multiplied in the absence of Liberty’s star forward, Jonquel Jones. She had a horrid 1/11 (9.1%) shooting night against the Golden State Valkyries, going just 1 of 7 (14.3%) from the three-point line.

On the other hand, she has tallied 19.7 PPG, converting 2.6 threes per game on a decent 31.8% clip. She has nailed fewer than 3 long-range shots in 8 of the 13 games. However, I still expect her to nail at least three here.

WNBA Player Props Picks #3: Kayla Thornton- Points

The Valkyries’ Power forward, Kayla Thornton, is the Most Improved Player of the Year frontrunner. She has averaged a career-high 14.9 PPG on 39.3% shooting, making a career-high 1.9 triples on 28.3% FG. She may not be efficient, but she is certainly effective.

The PF scored just 11 against the Liberty, but had put up 16 or more in four straight games before. She will square off against a Chicago Sky team that is the worst perimeter squad in the league. Thus, I expect her to go “over” the projections.

Here is an overview of my top picks for the WNBA player props:

nba nba

Hi, I am Shubham. I am currently an NBA Predictions Writer on The Playoffs. I enjoy this job because it helps keep me in the loop about the game I love while fulfilling the pleasure I derive from stats. I got into NBA writing through social media interactions in the mid-2010s as I shared my takes on young talents such as D’Angelo Russell. I hope you enjoy reading my pieces as much as Dennis Rodman loved rebounding the basketball!
