Indiana Fever ride high on confidence after clinching the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup title with a statement win over the Minnesota Lynx. This win marks the first cup glory for the Indiana Fever in their history.

The Fever had a slow start, but turned things around impressively from the second quarter onward, taking full control of the game. They restricted the league leaders effectively, especially neutralizing Napheesa Collier, and they did it all without Caitlin Clark on the court.

A coordinated team effort saw the visitors clinch the game by 74-59 in the end. Natasha Howard who scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds was named the finals MVP. Sophie Cunningham scored 13 points while Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell, and Aari McDonald each scored 12.

The Las Vegas Aces return to action after finally breaking their losing streak with a much-needed win. They beat the Phoenix Mercury by 84-81 on Sunday. A’ja Wilson was the star of the show scoring 26 points and grabbing 18 rebounds. Jackie Young also contributed with 15 points.
