Two contenders face off in College Park
The Minnesota Lynx had their winning ways cut short by the New York Liberty, while the Atlanta Dream also registered a loss coming into this game. Thursday’s game between three Lynx and the Dream will be played at the Gateway Center Arena.
The Lynx were coming on the back of a six game winning streak. New York snapped their streak with an 85-75 win on Tuesday. Jonquel Jones scored 22 points and 10 rebounds. Lynx’s Courtney Williams scored 17 points.
The Atlanta Dream are coming into this game after losing against the Las Vegas Aces. The thrilling game went on till the last seconds as the Aces put up a big performance to mount a 74-72 win.

A’ja Wilson scored a double-double with 32 points, and 12 rebounds. Jackie Young also contributed with 16 points. For the Atlanta Dream, Allisha Gray and Brittney Griner each scored 16 points, while Rhyne Howard hit 19.
