The Atlanta Dream (20-11) is having a season literally out of dreams. The offseason moves are bearing fruit as the team is on a five-game winning streak.
They have now won four straight games twice this season. On the other hand, the Seattle Storm (16-16) hasn’t capitalized despite having one of the most loaded lineups.
They are on a five-game losing streak, and four of these losses have been by 4 points or fewer.
Can the Storm recover from an embarrassing 4-game losing streak at home against one of the most formidable opponents? Find my Same Game Parlay and prediction for the match-up.
The Dream guard is having the best pro season of her basketball career. She is averaging a career-high 18.9 points per game on an outstanding 45% clip.
Gray has hit another golden period during the season. She has accumulated 22 or more in three of the last four games (17 in the latest game). I expect her to come up with at least a 19-point outing here.
Gray O 18.5 Points
Here is an overview of the selections:
| Picks | BetMGM Odds |
| Gray O 18.5 Points | -110 |
| Howard O 1.5 3-Pointers | -110 |
| Diggins O 4.5 Assists | Undefined (-120 projected) |
| Money Line: Aces | -145 |
Howard is back after a month. She had a chippy return in her latest game, scoring 4 points as she was ejected after two technicals. The guard made none of her 5 attempts from the three-point line.
But she was breathing fire from deep before her absence. The guard is averaging 2.8 three-pointers per game but has taken 9.5 attempts per game.
She will be willing to get going, and I expect her to make at least 2 big-range shots here.
Howard O 1.5 3-Pointers
Skylar Diggins: Assists
Diggins’ scoring has been an issue lately. Still, an average of 16.1 PPG is brilliant. On the other hand, her playmaking has been stellar as usual.
The chirpy floor general is tallying 5.8 assists per game. Dishing 5+ helpers in five of the last six games. I expect her to dish at least 5 assists here, too.
Diggins O 4.5 Assists

The 3-leg SGP looks pretty boisterous. Gray has been in red-hot form, the streaky Howard doesn’t care about the last miss, and will take her shots.
On the other hand, Diggins has continued to be a genius assist maker despite her team’s struggles. Overall, the SGP seems worth it despite it being moderately risky.
WNBA SGP: Gray O 18.5 Points, Howard O 1.5 3-Pointers, Diggins O 4.5 Assists for +325 at BetMGM
The Dream has been the better team this season by far. The Storm didn’t extract the best out of the lineup despite not having injury troubles.
Meanwhile, the Dream extracted most ouf ot the team despite injury problems. However, the 5-game winning streak number seems to be cursed this season.
We have seen many streaks being broken at that mark. I believe it will hold here, too, and the Storm will likely come on top here.

nba Hi, I am Shubham. I am currently an NBA Predictions Writer on The Playoffs. I enjoy this job because it helps keep me in the loop about the game I love while fulfilling the pleasure I derive from stats. I got into NBA writing through social media interactions in the mid-2010s as I shared my takes on young talents such as D’Angelo Russell. I hope you enjoy reading my pieces as much as Dennis Rodman loved rebounding the basketball!
