The Minnesota Lynx (28-7, 1st) have been by far the best team this season. However, they have received a couple of jolts in the absence of their ace, Napheesa Collier.
Collier will most likely return in this marquee battle against the Caitlin Clark-less Indiana Fever. The Fever (19-16)has done well without CC and the endless stream of injuries to their guards.
They have one of the toughest schedules to finish the season, putting their playoff chances in jeopardy. Can they get confidence against the Minnesota Lynx?
Here is my favorite Same Game Parlay for the match, including the prediction.
Natasha Howard: Rebounds
Howard was a brilliant addition to the Indiana Fever frontline. She has been a little disappointing scoring-wise (11.7 PPG), but has provided some strong boardwork.
The former All-Star is tallying 6.8 rebounds per game. She has contributed 9 or more rebounds in three of the last four games. I expect her to grab at least 7 here.
Howard O 6.5 Rebounds
| Picks | BetMGM Odds |
| Howard O 6.5 Rebounds | -110 |
| Boston O 20.5 Pts+Rbs+Asts | Undefined (Projected -130) |
| Spread: Lynx -5.5 | Undefined (Projected -120) |
Aliyah Boston: Points+Rebounds+Assists
Boston is one of the best interior players in the league. She also has all-around chops on the table. The center is averaging 15.2 PPG, 8.3 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game for the season
. It translates into a game score of 27.2, a solid fantasy score. However, her numbers have been down a bit lately. Earlier, she was holding a game score of 30+ regularly.
Lately, her rebounding performances have been a bit iffy but still excellent. The center has acquired a game score of 20 or more in four straight games.
I expect her to finish with a Game Score of at least 21 here.
Boston O 20.5 Pts+Rbs+Asts
The Lynx lost two games in a row during the regular season for the first time. Even that was a 2-point defeat without their leading scorer, Napheesa Collier.
Collier is set to return in this game, and the team desperately needed it to overcome a back-to-back situation. The MVP frontrunner can single-handedly dictate the outcome of the game.
But don’t count out the battered and bruised Fever. They are 2-4 over the last six games, but beat the Lynx by 15 points in the Commissioner Cup’s Final without Caitlin Clark and against Collier.
Anyway, I don’t see it will be remotely the case here. I see the Lynx winning at least by six.
Fever vs Lynx SGP: Lynx -5.5, Howard O 6.5 Rebounds, Boston O 20.5 P+R+A for +270 at BetMGM
The 3-leg parlay looks safe, especially Boston’s pick. The Howard pick is a bit here and there, but Lynx are prone to inefficiencies, giving her a chance to complete the board’s mark above.
On the other hand, the spread looks the trickiest considering Minnesota played last night; however, Collier’s return is a huge boost to compensate for it.

nba Hi, I am Shubham. I am currently an NBA Predictions Writer on The Playoffs. I enjoy this job because it helps keep me in the loop about the game I love while fulfilling the pleasure I derive from stats. I got into NBA writing through social media interactions in the mid-2010s as I shared my takes on young talents such as D’Angelo Russell. I hope you enjoy reading my pieces as much as Dennis Rodman loved rebounding the basketball!
