But lately, there has been a turnaround as the Aces are on a four-game winning streak. On the other hand, the defending champs, the New York Liberty (21-11), are hit with numerous injury issues.

Their chances of a repeat have taken a hit, but the acquisition of Emma Messeman has been a huge boost. On that note, the two powerhouses will be in action for a Wednesday night clash.

She will face the challenge against the lengthy and sprightly inside defense of Leonie Fiebich and Jonquel Jones. But I see her overcoming the challenge and scoring at least 19.
