Golden State Warriors are set for a MLK Day action as they host NBA Champions, Boston Celtics on Monday night at Chase Center. Stephen Curry & Co are coming off a 122-114 win over Washington Wizards. The veteran guard scored 26 points in Warriors’ second straight win.

Steph Curry is averaging 23 points, 5 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game this game while shooting 41.1 percent from three-point range. The Dubs have beaten Boston Celtics 118-112 in their first meeting of the season and Steph Curry almost got a double double (27 PT, 9 AST).

Golden State are 11-10 at home and are 5-5 in their last 10 games. Their recent string of performances raise questions. Steve Kerr would look to carry the winning momentum amid shooting struggle and injury concerns.

Stephen Curry is listed as questionable with a left ankle sprain. He left the court in the final minute during the Warriors’ 122-114 victory over Washington on Saturday. The veteran said Saturday in the locker room that he “feels great” and “see you on Monday.”

If Steph Curry plays, it will be his 13th appearance on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. He scored 26 points in the last year’s MLK Day fixture but Warriors lost the game.

Apart from him, Draymond Green has been ruled out from the Celtics game due to left calf tightness. He returned to Warriors’ lineup after missing three games but limped to locker room after an injury during the first quarter.

Kyle Anderson (left hamstring soreness) is also listed out in the injury report. Jonathan Kuminga (right ankle sprain) and Brandin Podziemski (right abdominal) remain sidelined for the MLK Day contest. The former suffered ankle injury on Jan. 4 against Grizzlies.
