Will LeBron James play tonight against Rockets? Latest injury update on Lakers’ superstar

The 40-year-old has scored at least 30 points in four out of last six outings.

Following a four-game homestand, Los Angeles Lakers will take on Houston Rockets in the first of the two NBA games in Texax. Lakers are back on a 119-102 win over Atlanta Hawks and ended a homestand with 3-1.

LeBron James and Co. will face Houston Rockets for the first time this season. Rockets dropped their previous home game against Celtics and will try to salvage a 2-3 homestand.

JJ Redick’s side has improved in last one month and won seven out of last ten games. They have sole position of the fifth seed in the Western Conference. Meanwhile, Lakers have won three straight games on the road following a four-game losing streak.

LeBron James didn’t face Sacramento Kings due to an illness but made return against the Caves. He played three straight games after the recovering from illness. Ahead of the two-game road trip, the King has been listed as probable against the Rockets.

The veteran guard is averaging 24.1 points, 7.4 rebounds and 8.9 assists per game while shooting 50.7% from 3-point range. He scored 30 points in the previous game to surpass Michael Jorden. The 40-year-old has scored at least 30 points in four out of last six outings.

Apart from him, Anthony Davis is also listed as probable who was sidelined against the Blazers due to ankle sprain. Davis returned against Hawks. Gabe Vincent, who was dealing with an oblique strain may also return, with the backup guard being listed as doubtful.
