Stephen Curry won his second All-Star MVP award on Sunday night.
Despite all the criticism over the new format of the All-Star Game, the 74th edition of NBA’s All-Star Weekend concluded at Chase Center. On the final event of the night, Shaq’s OGs edged out Chuck’s Global Stars, which boasted three-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and Victor Wembanyama, who made his All-Star debut.

Shaq’s OG’s had Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Jayson Tatum and other veteran stars in the team. LeBron James, 21-time All-Star, sat out from the game due to ankle soreness.
Chuck’s Global Stars beat Kenny’s Young Stars 41-32 in the opening game of the All-Star event. Shaq’s OGs overcame the Rising Stars 41-32 to reach the championship game. Chuck’s Global Stars couldn’t survive against the veteran stars of Team Shaq in final and Curry and Co. won it 41-25.

It was Curry’s second All-Star MVP award after winning the first one in 2022. The four-time NBA champion made his 11th appearance in the All-Star Game on his homecourt in the Chase Center.
Stephen Curry was on a song when he arrived at Chase Center for the All-Star Game. He recorded 20 points, 10 rebounds and six 3-pointers during the impressive winning performance for Shaq’s OGs.

In the final stretch, the Warriors star hit a couple of threes, including a half-court shot which went viral. Curry also dished out the game-winning assist to Tatum.
Stephen Curry added eight points against the Rising Stars and had 12 in the championship game against Team Chuck. The Warriors star reached 57 in three-point field goals made which is a record.
