The top Super Bowl favorites right now are the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, Buffalo Bills, and Baltimore Ravens. Each of these teams has a compelling case as to why they are one of the leaders when it comes to lifting the Lombardi Trophy next year.
The Seattle Seahawks are the defending Super Bowl Champions, and as such, there is no surprise that they lead the rest of the league with the top odds. The Seahawks will have Mike McDonald back leading the coaching team, while several standout players are due to return.
Quarterback Sam Darnold will be back for his second season with the team, whereas the first-round duo from the 2023 draft class, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Devon Witherspoon, will return for year number four in the league.
Not a bad playoff debut for @Seahawks HC Mike Macdonald 👏

The Los Angeles Rams had yet another strong season and lost only in the NFC Championship round to the Seahawks in another close game. Matthew Stafford continues to defy fathertime, putting together his best year in the league and earning the MVP in doing so. Puka Nacua will also be back for his fourth season, and while the defense could use some help, the overall balance of the team is in good hands.

Following their exit from this year’s playoffs at the hands of the Denver Broncos, the Buffalo Bills went ahead and fired head coach Sean McDermott. Since then, they have gone on to promote offensive coordinator Joe Brady as their new head coach. It will be interesting to see what changes he can bring to the Bills, but one thing is for sure: former MVP Josh Allen will be ready for another go at the grand prize.
The Baltimore Ravens are the second AFC team within the top 5 with the best Super Bowl LXI odds at this moment. The Ravens also fired their long-term head coach, John Harbaugh, and have appointed former Chargers’ defensive coordinator Jesse Minter as their new head coach.
The Ravens will be led by 2-time MVP Lamar Jackson, running back Derrick Henry, as well as a decent defensive unit with Kyle Hamilton, Roquan Smith, Marlon Humphrey, and more. Perhaps a new direction after several years may just do the trick for Baltimore.

When it comes to a new season in the NFL, it is quite difficult to fathom what may or may not happen. Before the new season begins, there are multiple factors at play, from coaching changes, free agency signings, trades, and, of course, the all-important draft.
Thus, teams that were strong or weak the previous year could go in a completely opposite direction. Having said that, even before most of these things take place, here are some of the teams to watch as top contenders for the next season.
The Kansas City Chiefs had their first actual down year in the Patrick Mahomes era, missing the postseason for the first time. Star tight end Travis Kelce has slowed down, and so has the team’s defensive phenom Chris Jones. Mahomes will be returning from an ACL tear and may miss a few games up front. Despite all that, counting out the Chiefs would certainly be a mistake as we have seen in the past.
The Denver Broncos could very well have played in this year’s Super Bowl against the Seahawks had it not been for Bo Nix and his injury in the Divisional round. The Broncos had one of the best defenses in the league, propelling them to multiple victories. Nix will be back for year three, and head coach Sean Payton has done an excellent job of turning this team around.
Even though the Eagles were anything but dominant on the offensive side of the ball, they still have plenty of quality on the roster. The defense still boasts of top-quality player-makers, and the team will retain the winning mentality. The team morale will need a boost, especially due to the friction associated with wide receiver A.J. Brown. However, barring that, the Eagles will still remain a threat.
Super Bowl LXI is now a year away, but the preparations for the same are already underway. The offseason will once again be crucial for the development of each and every team. These odds could change quite a bit over the next few months, but for now, the Seahawks are favored to run it back once again.
