Tsitsipas’ withdrawal from the quarterfinal clash at the Barcelona Open could be a serious concern in the middle of the clay season. His availability in the Madrid Masters 1000 could be in jeopardy. The former Roland Garros finalist would look to make a comeback in the upcoming Grand Slam tournament.
