Seahawks vs Patriots Over/Under Bets – Best Over/Under Bets for Super Bowl LX

Devavrat Kulkarni

The Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots are getting ready for the final showdown of the season. With 2 weeks to prepare for the big game, both teams will by now have their plans in place and ready to go.

Having said that, there are still a few days left, and that gives us some time to take a look at some of the best Over/Under bets for the upcoming game. Thus, in this article, we will discuss our thoughts on the Over/Under total score of Super Bowl LX as well as a few top player props carrying Over/Under betting odds.

Over/Under Team Best Bets

First and foremost, we will take a look at some of the best Over/Under team bets, sourced via FanDuel

Patriots vs Seahawks total points Over/Under

The first Over/Under team bet we recommend is the total points. Betting on this is rather straightforward. Most markets, including FanDuel, have the total Over/Under set at 45.5 for this game. That means if you wager on the Over, the final score would have to be 46 or more, whereas if you wager on the Under, the final score would have to be 45 or less.

Over (total points)Under (total points)
Seahawks vs Patriots45.5 (-108)45.5 (-112)
The above odds are sourced via FanDuel and are accurate as of Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at 7:41 a.m. ET. Lines may move before kickoff.

Both the Seahawks and the Patriots have scored plenty of points this season. In fact, they finished 3rd and 2nd in the league, scoring 28.4 and 28.8 points per game, respectively. In the postseason, Seattle continued to put up a plethora of points even though New England has struggled. However, much of that struggle can be attributed to the weather conditions during their games.

Defensively, though, both teams once again rank in the top 5 in the regular season. Seattle led the league in scoring defense, allowing just 17.2 points per game, whereas New England ranked fourth, giving up just 18.8 points per game. Both units have shown strong defensive performances in the playoffs as well.

With the Super Bowl on the line and with two strong defenses taking the field, we are expecting a close game, but one that may have limited scoring opportunities. Our pick is the Under.

Understanding how to bet on NFL games is crucial for maximizing the value of our expert picks and making informed wagers each week.

Seattle Seahawks total touchdowns

The Over/Under for Seahawks total touchdowns is set at 2.5. The table below provides the odds, as per FanDuel.

Over (total touchdowns)Under (total touchdowns)
Seattle Seahawks 2.5 (-166)2.5 (+130)
The above odds are sourced via FanDuel and are accurate as of Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at 7:41 a.m. ET. Lines may move before kickoff.

Seattle boasts of a well-balanced offensive attack. The chemistry between Sam Darnold and Jaxon Smith-Njigba has elevated this unit as one of the most potent attacks in the league, while their run game has also flourished.

Kenneth Walker III already has 4 rushing touchdowns in 2 games, and the Seahawks have a total of 9 touchdowns this postseason. We feel there is a pretty good chance Seattle can find the back of the end zone 3 times, and thus we are going for the Over here.

New England Patriots total touchdowns

The final Over/Under team bet is the total touchdowns for New England. The table below provides the odds, as per FanDuel.

Over (total touchdowns)Under (total touchdowns)
New England Patriots2.5 (+132)2.5 (-168)
The above odds are sourced via FanDuel and are accurate as of Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at 7:41 a.m. ET. Lines may move before kickoff.

The Patriots finished the regular season with 57 total touchdowns. That is 7 more than the Seahawks. However, the playoffs have seen a massive drop with New England scoring just 5 touchdowns in 3 games.

Again, the main reason for the low-scoring production could be attributed to the game conditions. We feel the Patriots’ offense could match that of the Seahawks, and hence we are taking the Over here as well.

Over/Under Props Best Bets

Next up, we will take a look at three Over/Under player prop best bets, sourced via FanDuel.

  • Drake Maye Over 1.5 passing touchdowns: (+134)
  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba Under 6.5 receptions: (+116)
  • Kenneth Walker III Under 18.5 rush attempts: (-106)

Drake Maye Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (+134)

Drake Maye to throw for over 1.5 touchdowns seems like a good bet, considering he threw 31 touchdowns in 17 games during the regular season. He has also found the endzone 4 times in 3 playoff games.

Additionally, the Seahawks’ defense has been far superior in stopping rushing touchdowns than touchdowns through the air. That may force New England to throw more in the red zone.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Under 6.5 receptions: (+116)

Jaxon Smith-Njigba has had a phenomenal season leading up to the Super Bowl. He has led the league in receiving yards and has carried his form over to the playoffs as well. However, he will be going up against one of the top cornerbacks in the game today in Christian Gonzalez. This should be a key matchup in the game, but we believe Gonzalez should be able to hold Smith-Njigba to fewer than 7 receptions.

Kenneth Walker III Under 18.5 rush attempts: (-106)

Seahawks’ primary running back Kenneth Walker III has been receiving additional carries in the postseason. In fact, Walker has 19 touches in the backfield in each of the Seahawks’ two playoff games. Moreover, Seattle’s backup Zach Charbonnet is out for the season, leading to an enhanced role for Walker.

Nevertheless, we believe the Patriots’ strong defense may not allow the Seahawks to run the ball as efficiently as they would like. For that, we are taking the Under.

After starting my professional career as a French-to-English translator, working as a content writer is a new adventure for me. I started out in the sports media field for two main reasons: my love for sports in general, especially the NFL, NBA, and Tennis, as well as my passion for writing. The best part of this job is that I get to write a variety of pieces with the freedom to explore content from various angles. It also enables me to stay up to date with the sporting world, which otherwise can be difficult to do in the day-to-day grind. In a world full of chaos, sports unite and entertain like nothing else!
