Manchester City will be keen to have some strong recruitments following a tough season to their standards. Cherki who fits all the attributes required to play for Pep Guardiola’s side will be pursued strongly over the summer according to the latest reports.
According to the famous journalist Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City is set to submit a bid of around €30 million for Cherki in the transfer window. Following a stellar season, Cherki’s four goals and eight assists have stood out in scouting lists of the clubs.
As per his latest report in June 2025, Romano mentions the advances talks saying: “Understand Manchester City and Rayan Cherki have reached an agreement on personal terms! Official bid from Manchester City to OL will be submitted in the next hours and in order to advance after initial club to club talks starter over the weekend.”
Cherki is also being sought out by several elite Premier League clubs like Arsenal, Aston Villa and Tottenham over the summer transfer window. With the high competition, Guardiola and his side might have to go above Cherki’s market price to secure his talents.
