The Mercury comes into this game after a brilliant 106-91 win against the New York Liberty behind an incredible 25-point performance by Satou Sabally. They dished 30 assists(Alyssa Thomas-15) while committing just 12 turnovers.

The Mercury made a mind-boggling 18/39 triples while eking out 11 extra field goals. The team held Sabrina Ionescu to a 2/9 shooting night and kept Breanna Stewart under 20. Overall, it was a signature Mercury win. Phoenix has won six in a row, which is the hottest streak in the league.

They have the third-best defensive rating and knock down more than 10 triples a game(top three). Overall, the return of Kahleah Copper has bolstered the duo of Thomas and Sabally. Sami Whitcomb’s contributions off the bench have been huge, too, especially with her long-range shots.
