6 Wild Card games spread over 3 days as the NFL postseason gets underway!
The NFL playoffs are finally here, and we have the exciting Wild Card round to look forward to. At the end of the regular season, the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks clinched the number one seed for the AFC and NFC, respectively.
That means we are left with 12 teams looking to progress to the Divisional round of the playoffs, providing us with some intense matchups. From the AFC, the Patriots host the Chargers, the Jaguars host the Bills, and the Steelers host the Texans, whereas the Rams visit the Panthers, the Packers take on divisional rival Bears, and the 49ers head east to play the Eagles.

The Rams head into this matchup against the Panthers as the clear favorites. Matthew Stafford is the big favorite to land the MVP this season and has been in exceptional form, while Puka Nacua has been his best weapon. Davante Adams is expected to be back for this game after missing multiple games due to injury. The Panthers have done well to make the playoffs, but their overall roster talent just doesn’t match up to the Rams.
Packers vs Bears odds, spread & total (Saturday, 8:00 p.m. ET, Amazon Prime)
It’s a divisional rivalry taking place for the third time this season. The two teams split the regular season record 1-1, and both teams ended their season with multiple consecutive losses. That said, the Bears have been the more consistent team, while the Packers have dealt with several injury issues, most notably to edge rusher Micah Parsons, who is out for the season.
Bills vs Jaguars odds, spread & total (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)
The Bills head to Jacksonville as the slight favorites despite the Jaguars 8-game win streak to close out the regular season. While the Jaguars are the team in better form, they haven’t played a top-caliber team for the past few weeks and lack postseason experience. The exact opposite holds true for the Bills.

49ers vs Eagles odds, spread & total (Sunday, 4:30 p.m. ET, FOX)
The 49ers taking on the Eagles is an exciting matchup, considering both teams have been strong contenders for the postseason on a regular basis. San Francisco has done well to get to the playoffs despite several injury woes. Fred Warner is still expected to miss the game, which is a massive loss for the 49ers. On the other hand, the Eagles have struggled offensively, but the reigning champions find ways to win, especially with their stellar defensive unit.

The New England Patriots surprised many this season with the quick turnaround they have had under Mike Vrabel. Drake Maye is one of the contenders for the MVP, and the Patriots will hold home-field advantage with colder January weather being a factor against the Chargers. Los Angeles has done well despite losing several key starters along the way, but going up against New England on the road will be a challenge.
Texans vs Steelers odds, spread & total (Monday, 8:00 p.m. ET, ESPN/ABC)
Kudos to the Texans for hanging in despite a harsh start to their season. Houston is coming into this game with plenty of momentum after a 9-game win streak to end the regular season. The same cannot be said of the Steelers, though, as they have been anything but consistent. Nevertheless, the cold weather in Pittsburgh may be a factor for the visitors despite their favorite tag.
