NFL Week 14 Picks, Spread, and Predictions – Lines, Spreads, and Betting Odds for Every Team Ahead of 2025-26 Season Week 14

Eric Divakaran

As the NFL Week 14 is now approaching, the playoff picture is now becoming clearer and clearer, with two surprising teams poised for a bye. The teams that we thought were playoff bound, are not even in the playoff picture, and the teams that we thought stood no chance, are now suddenly looking like a huge threat. The Patriots have been the best team this season, and are looking like a team that’s going to win-it-all this season. After the Rams latest loss to the Panthers, the Chicago Bears have the No.1 seed in NFC, and who knew that coaching change would create that much of a difference within a year.

One thing’s for certain, despite what the experts have to say, nobody can predict what will actually happen. With those games behind us, let’s shift our focus to the NFL’s Week 14 slate.

NFL Week 14 Team Picks

Here are some of the best picks ahead of the full slate of week 14 games, as per the odds on BetMGM.

  • L.A. Rams win and cover the spread (-8) against the Arizona Cardinals: -110.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers win and cover the spread (-8.5) against the New Orleans Saints: (-110).
  • Green Bay Packers win against the Chicago Bears: (-285).
  • Baltimore Ravens win and cover the spread (-6) against the Pittsburgh Steelers: (-110).

Moneylines and Betting Odds for Week 14

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the overwhelming favorites to win the matchup against the New Orleans Saints with a moneyline of -450, while the Seahawks are -375 favorite to beat the Falcons. And the Denver Broncos’ moneyline is at -425 to beat the Las Vegas Raiders.

Let us take a look at the betting odds as per BetMGM for all Week 14 matchups, along with the predictions.

Detroit Lions (7-5) vs Dallas Cowboys (6-5-1)

The Lions host the Cowboys for an exciting Thursday Night Football matchup. The Lions come into this matchup after an upsetting loss to the Green Bay Packers, their divisional rival. They are 3rd at NFC North not much has been going right for them, currently out of the playoff picture. 7-5 for the season, they have a mountain to climb to get back in the playoff picture. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are coming off two huge wins against the Chiefs, and the Eagles, and are on a three-game winning streak. While they are out of the playoff picture currently, with the Eagles struggling with a horrible offense, anything can happen at NFC East, provided the Cowboys continue their win-streak.

Cowboys +3 (-115)54.5 (-110)+135
Lions-3 (-105)54.5 (-110)-160
Prediction: Cowboys win and cover the spread.

New York Jets (3-9) vs Miami Dolphins (5-7)

It’s been a disaster of a season for the Jets this season. Even after a head coaching change with Aaron Glenn, not much has improved. Inconsistent defense, offense, and a forgetful O-Line, has this team in shambles. The pulled off a win against a struggling Falcons team, but that barely changes anything for them as their losing season continues. Meanwhile, the Dolphins are third at AFC East with a 5-7 record, and are on a three-game winning streak, playing reasonable well at home, but terrible on the road.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Dolphins -3 (+100)40.5 (-105)-150
Jets+3 (-120)40.5 (-115)+125
Prediction: Dolphins win the game

Baltimore Ravens (6-6) vs Pittsburgh Steelers (6-6)

The Ravens host the Steelers for an AFC North rivalry matchup. Both these teams are fighting for the top spot at their division, with .500 record for both teams. Both of these teams have been struggling this season and no matter which team wins the North, with the way they’ve been playing, we expect an early playoff exit for either. This matchup will determine which team is the best at AFC North for this season, and potential reveal the team to represent AFC North in the postseason.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Steelers+6 (-110)42.5 (-115)+225
Ravens-6 (-110)42.5 (-105)-275
Prediction: Ravens win the game and cover the spread

Atlanta Falcons (4-8) vs Seattle Seahawks (9-3)

The Falcons host the Seahawks for an NFC South vs NFC West matchup. The Falcons initially showed promise this season, but are right back to where they started. They have been unable to win consistently, being 1-6 in their last seven outings. Meanwhile, the Seahawks are thriving under their new QB Sam Darnold and are tied with Rams for the top spot at NFC West. They are 5-1 on the road, and are poised to beat the Falcons.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Seahawks-7 (-115)44.5 (-110)-375
Falcons+7 (-105)44.5 (-110)+300
Prediction: Seahawks win the game

Buffalo Bills (8-4) vs Cincinnati Bengals (4-8)

The Bills will face the Bengals for a AFC East vs AFC North matchup. This matchup features two of the best quarterback matchups with reigning MVP Josh Allen, taking on one of the most electrifying QBs in the league with Joe Burrow. The Bills sit second at AFC East, right behind the red hot Patriots squad. Their defense is still a concern going in Week 14, even with a 26-7 victory over the Steelers. While, the Bengals have Joe Burrow back their playoff chances are still a huge question, sitting at third in AFC North.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Bengals+5.5 (-110)53 (-110)+225
Bills-5.5 (-110)53 (-118)-275
Prediction: Bills win the game

Cleveland Browns (3-9) vs Tennessee Titans (1-11)

The Browns host the Titans for Week 14 matchup. The Browns are 1-1 with Shedeur Sanders as the starting QB and the experiment continues, losing their latest matchup against the 49ers. Meanwhile, the Titans have put up the worst record in the NFL, and this season will be another losing campaign for them even with the 2025 No.1 overall pick Cam Ward.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Titans +4 (-110)33.5 (-110)+170
Browns-4 (-110)33.5 (-110)-210
Prediction: Browns win the game and cover the spread

Minnesota Vikings (4-8) vs Washington Commanders (3-9)

The Vikings host the Commanders for Week 14 matchup. The Vikings have struggled under their quarterback JJ McCarthy and are more or less headed for a losing season. With McCarthy’s struggles playing a ripple effect, their star WR Justin Jefferson is also having a down season, with playoff hopes out of the window. Similarly the Commanders, after a stellar season last year, are headed for a losing season. Injuries have defined their season and are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Broncos last week.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Commanders+2 (-110)42 (-110)+110
Vikings-2 (-110)42 (-110)-130
Prediction: Commander win the game and cover the spread

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-5) vs New Orleans Saints (2-10)

The Buccaneers host the Saints for a Week 14 clash. The Buccaneers are coming off a win against the Cardinals, but for the first time in many season, they may lose the top spot at NFC South in the falter in the upcoming weeks. Meanwhile, the Saints are headed for another losing season, and changes are most likely coming for them in the offseason.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Saints+8.5 (-110)42.5 (-115)+350
Buccaneers-8.5 (-110)42.5 (-115)-450
Prediction: Buccaneers win and cover the spread

Jacksonville Jaguars (8-4) vs Indianapolis Colts (8-4)

The Jaguars host the Colts for AFC South divisional matchup. The Jaguars are on a 3-game win streak and have successfully overtaken the Colts for the top spot at AFC South. Things are going well for them at the right time and are hoping to make the playoffs for the first time since 2022. Meanwhile, after a hot start for the season, the Colts are starting to fall in front of our eyes. They have lost two-straight matchups and are struggling as of recent. The hype is going away as are their chances at making a deep playoff run.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Colts-1.5 (-110)47.5 (-110)-130
Jaguars+1.5 (-110)47.5 (-110)+110

Las Vegas Raiders (2-10) vs Denver Broncos (10-2)

The Raiders’ experiment with Geno Smith, Ashton Jeanty, and Brock Bowers has not worked so far, and their offensive line is equally at fault , unable to protect their quarterback. Nothing much can be said about a Raiders team who had higher hopes for the season. Meanwhile, the Broncos are arguably the second best team in the NFL currently, and they are finding ways to win, even with a mediocre offense. Their defense has carried them this season, and are one of the hottest teams with a 9-game win streak.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Broncos-7.5 (-115)40.5 (-115)-425
Raiders+7.5 (-105)40.5 (-105)+325
Prediction: Broncos win the game and cover the spread

Green Bay Packers (8-3-1) vs Chicago Bears (9-3)

One of the more exciting matchup features the Packers facing the Bears in a NFC North divisional game. The Packers sit right behind the bears and are on a 3-game win streak, ahead of the Lions and the Vikings. They have been great defensively, which has carried this team to wins, and a win over the Bears would be a huge statement for them. Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears have surprised many this season, with most credit to their head coach Ben Johnson, who has changed the culture within a year. On a five-game win streak, they are No.1 seed at NFC and are headed towards making a playoff appearance for the first time since 2020.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Bears+6.5 (-105)44.5 (-110)+230
Packers-6.5 (-115)44.5 (-110)-285
Prediction: Packers win the game and cover the spread

Arizona Cardinals (3-9) vs L.A. Rams (9-3)

The Cardinals host the Rams for a NFC West divisional clash. These two teams are one the polar end of the spectrum, as the Cardinals are dead last at NFC West and have been one of the most disappointing teams this season, putting up a losing season. Meanwhile, the Rams are coming off a surprising loss to the Panthers, but are still one of the best teams in the NFL, poised to make a deep playoff run with championship expectations.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Rams-8 (-110)48.5 (-110)-425
Cardinals+8 (-110)48.5 (-110)+325
Prediction: Rams win the game and cover the spread

Kansas City Chiefs (6-6) vs Houston Texans (7-5)

The Chiefs host the Texans for a AFC West vs AFC South Sunday Night Football clash. The Chiefs are coming off another loss against the Dallas Cowboys last week, and even with Week 14 here, they are still not in the playoff picture which is a surprise for a team that’s dominated for years. Meanwhile, the texans sit at third in AFC South and are trying to get back into the playoffs with five games remaining.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Texans+3.5 (-118)42 (-110)+154
Chiefs-3.5 (-102)42 (-110)-185

Los Angeles Chargers (8-4) vs Philadelphia Eagles (8-4)

The Chargers have been impressive this season and are coming off a win against the Raiders. Their QB Justin Herbert went through a successful fractured hand surgery, and is currently day-to-day in terms of status for MNF matchup. Despite losing multiple players to injuries, they have fought to keep that second spot at AFC West behind the Broncos, and we may see them in the playoffs this season. Meanwhile, the Eagles have looked horrible this season on the offensive side of the field, and are currently putting up just 15 points a game. Majority of the blame has been placed on Jalen Hurts, with him unable to make plays and Saquon Barkley down season has been a concern. While they lead NFC East, we highly doubt their chances of repeating as champions, looking at their lackluster offense.

TeamsSpreadTotal PointsMoneyline
Eagles-3 (-102)40.5 (-110)-155
Chargers+3 (-118)40.5 (-110)+130
Prediction: Eagles win the game

I cover the National Football League and things cannot get better than that. I always dreamed to play football or basketball professionally since I’m built like a Running Back. But now that I can’t, since I’m technically in the “Unc” age, I thought why not pick a career in sports industry? So here I am, doing what I love, and hoping that the Commanders win the Super Bowl. I give love to players when it’s due, but can be critical about their performances at the same time. Enough about me, now let my articles do all the talking.
