The Seattle Seahawks come into the Divisional round of the playoffs as the team with the top odds as per FanDuel to win the Super Bowl. Seattle is the number one seed in the NFC and has the top scoring defense in the league, giving up just a little over 17 points a game. The Seahawks are also equally adept on offense, led by Sam Darnold under center and the league’s leading receiver, Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
The Los Angeles Rams come with the second-best odds to lift the Lombardi Trophy. The Rams have the MVP favorite, quarterback Matthew Stafford, leading the offense. Wide receivers Davante Adams and Puka Nacua have been phenomenal and are a force to reckon with for any defense.
Los Angeles also has the best offensive production in the league, scoring approximately 30 points per game. They are coming off a tough win on the road against the Panthers in the Wild Card round.
The Buffalo Bills have the third-best odds and are the leading candidate from the AFC to go all the way. Reigning MVP, Josh Allen has led from the front all season long, doing his part both on the ground and through the air. He has a reliable partner in the backfield, as James Cook ended the season as the leading rusher in the NFL.
Defensively, the Bills have some issues to take care of, but with Allen under center, Buffalo is always in the game. Buffalo’s major weakness is the run defense, where they ranked bottom 5 in the league. They also gave up 154 rushing yards in the Wild Card round game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The next best odds to win the Super Bowl belong to the New England Patriots. They are coming off a tough win over the Chargers in the first round of the playoffs. This is one of the better defensive teams in the league, with Mike Vrabel’s men giving up just over 18 points a game.
On the offensive side of things, the roster may not boast too many big names, but the addition of Stefon Diggs in the wide receiver room has been a huge advantage. Second-year quarterback Drake Maye is one of the top candidates for the MVP. His game has improved leaps and bounds this season, making New England a difficult opponent on both sides of the ball.
The Denver Broncos are the AFC’s number one seed and are well rested as they begin their postseason campaign. After going on an 11-game win streak, Denver finally ended the season 14-3. The Broncos possess one of the league’s best defenses and led the NFL with 68 sacks this season.
Denver’s offense hasn’t been as good as some of the other teams in the postseason, but Bo Nix and company have managed to do just enough to ensure they keep winning.
Another second-year quarterback, Caleb Williams, and the Chicago Bears are next in the odds. The Bears, as the number 2 seed, hold the home-field advantage unless and until they face the Seahawks in the Conference Championship round.
First-year head coach Ben Johnson has completely turned around this Bears’ team, and the new self-belief was evident in Chicago’s recent win over the Packers in the Wild Card round.
The Houston Texans went on a nine-game winning streak to end the season and make the playoffs after a less-than-ideal start to the season. The Texans have struggled on the offensive side of the ball, but it is their elite defense, led by edge rushers Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr. that makes them a tough opponent to face.
The San Francisco 49ers’ odds for the Super Bowl took a massive hit after star tight end George Kittle’s season came to an end with an Achilles tear in the Wild Card game against the Eagles. The 49ers have dealt with a boatload of injuries to key starters, but despite that, they have managed to reach the Divisional round.
And lastly, it is the Pittsburgh Steelers who still have a chance at hoisting the Lombardi trophy in a few weeks time. The Steelers will first have to get past the Texans in the final remaining Wild Card game tonight, but they are led by veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who boasts plenty of postseason experience.
The Steelers have been wildly inconsistent this season and were lucky to get through from the AFC North, as no team stood out. Overall, Pittsburgh’s roster doesn’t look like it can match the other teams in the postseason, although its defense can cause some concerns along the way.
