NFL Coach of the Year 2025 Odds: Mike Vrabel and Ben Johnson Co-Favorites

According to bookmakers, Mike Vrabel and Ben Johnson are co-favorites to win the NFL Coach of the Year award next season.

Both coaches are taking over new franchises, giving them the opportunity to establish their coaching styles and lead the Patriots and Bears toward success.

DraftKings currently lists Vrabel and Johnson at +750 to win Coach of the Year honors.

At the bottom of the odds list, we find the two head coaches from Super Bowl LIX: Nick Sirianni and Andy Reid.
