NFL 2026–27 Philadelphia Eagles Regular Season Over/Under Odds for Total Wins – Best Early Odds and Predictions for 2026–27 NFL Season

Eric Divakaran

The Philadelphia Eagles finished the 2025-26 season with an 11-6 record and won the NFC East for the second consecutive year. Despite solid contributions from Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown, and Saquon Barkley, the team dealt with persistent offensive line injuries, inconsistent offensive and defensive play. They secured a playoff spot but lacked the cohesion and the firepower they had in 2024-25, that defined their previous campaigns.

Their postseason ended abruptly in the Wild Card round. The Eagles lost at home to the San Francisco 49ers in a 19-23 defeat that highlighted ongoing offensive struggles and defensive lapses. The early exit intensified questions about roster depth, coaching under Nick Sirianni, and even Jalen Hurts whose QB play was less than ideal, leaving the franchise searching for answers heading into 2026.

Philadelphia Eagles Total Wins Over/Under Odds for 2026-27 Regular Season

The Eagles finished their season with a 11-6 record, finishing tops in their division, the NFC East, which does not exactly tell the full story. Their 2025-26 campaign compared to 2024-25 Super Bowl season, was a massive let down. While the Eagles managed to get the No.1 seed in their division and advance to the postseason, they were a shadow of themselves offensively. And at times, their offense looked like a huge liability to their defense in 2025-26.

The Eagles have huge offensive problems and trade talks around WR A.J. Brown, who was visibly frustrated with his team last season, does not make it any better. Due to their offensive lapses, BetMGM lists the Eagles’ 2026 win total at under 10.5 as the favored bet in the upcoming season, mostly because of their lackluster offense that resulted in an early exit from the postseason last year.

Listed below is the table that shows the Over/Under for the Eagles’ total wins in the upcoming regular season.

The Philadelphia Eagles’ offense was the biggest disappointment in 2025-26. After winning the Super Bowl the previous year, the unit became overly reliant on the run game, which failed to replicate its 2024-25 success. Saquon Barkley had a disappointing follow-up season, averaging far fewer yard per carry and losing some of his explosiveness. Jalen Hurts played significantly worse, showing reduced accuracy and decision-making. Wide receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith voiced clear frustration with the predictable scheme and lack of downfield opportunities, leading to visible tension and stalled drives throughout the year.

In the 2026-27 season, fans can expect a more balanced and explosive offense. With new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion in place, play-calling adjustments could be better and the coordination between Hurts, Brown (if he stays with the Eagles), and Smith could return to elite form. Their defense will remain a strength, so another playoff appearance is likely. However, true Super Bowl contention will require consistent execution, and a genuine commitment to balancing their offense rather than relying on just the running game.

Let us take a look at the Eagles opponents for the 2026-27 season;

  • Dallas Cowboys (*2)
  • New York Giants (*2)
  • Washington Commanders (*2)

  • Jacksonville Jaguars
  • San Francisco 49ers
  • Tennessee Titans
  • Chicago Bears
  • Los Angeles Rams
  • Seattle Seahawks

The Eagles 2026-27 strength of schedule is ranked 23rd in the league amongst 32 teams, giving them one of the easiest schedules with an SOS of .481. They will play nine games at homes and 8 games on the road, which should help their chances. And the Eagles will face a total of 8 teams that were in the playoffs last season.

Overall, the Eagles have a winnable schedule but it will all boil down to if their offensive schemes improve going into the next season.

Early Prediction: Eagles finish their 2026-27 season with a 10-7 record.

Philadelphia Eagles Major Injuries and Concerns Going Into 2026-27 Season

Injuries

Injuries were not a major problem for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2025-26. They ranked a very healthy 25th on RotoWire’s most injured teams list, with only 15 players affected, 160 man-games missed, and an average of 10.67 man-games lost per player. This strong availability allowed Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown, Saquon Barkley, and the core roster to stay on the field consistently, helping the team reach the playoffs despite other on-field struggles.

Injuries are unlikely to be a major concern heading into 2026-27. The Eagles have been one of the luckiest team with health in recent years, and their excellent conditioning and medical staff have kept the roster mostly intact. With a young core and proven depth, Philadelphia should continue benefiting from good injury luck, allowing them to focus on performance rather than availability.

Roster Concerns

The Philadelphia Eagles face several significant roster concerns heading into the 2026 season. The biggest issue is a massive defensive exodus in free agency, with edge rushers Jaelan Phillips and Josh Sweat, linebackers Nakobe Dean and Oren Burks, and safeties Reed Blankenship and C.J. Gardner-Johnson all departing. This has created immediate holes across all three levels of the defense.

Offensively, wide receiver depth behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith remains thin after Jahan Dotson’s exit, while tight end Dallas Goedert’s age and contract situation raise long-term questions. The offensive line needs succession planning for aging Lane Johnson, and Saquon Barkley’s injury history continues to be a concern despite solid depth.

Philadelphia Eagles NFL 2026-27 Draft Picks and How They Can Have an Impact on the Total Over/Under Wins Odds

The Philadelphia Eagles have nine picks in the 2026 NFL Draft, including four compensatory picks. Their picks include their own selection in rounds 1, 2 ,and 4, plus key additions like a third-round pick from the Jets and multiple compensatory selections in rounds 3-6.

Early mock drafts suggest targeting offensive tackle talent like Caleb Lomu from Utah to prepare for the future after Lane Johnson’s departure. The Eagles lost many players already in the offseason this year and defensive additions through the draft could be their priority. Edge rusher and safety are considered high-priority areas for the Eagles, and hiring players like Dani Dennis-Sutton or Keldric Faulk at EDGE and Jalon Kilgore or Zakee Wheatley at Safeties could be some of the additions the Eagles need.

Addressing their defensive concerns and fixing their offensive lapses from last season could help the Eagles add +1 or +2 wins going into the 2026-27 season.

I cover the National Football League and things cannot get better than that. I always dreamed to play football or basketball professionally since I’m built like a Running Back. But now that I can’t, since I’m technically in the “Unc” age, I thought why not pick a career in sports industry? So here I am, doing what I love, and hoping that the Commanders win the Super Bowl. I give love to players when it’s due, but can be critical about their performances at the same time. Enough about me, now let my articles do all the talking.
