Hornets 104-111 Magic

Orlando Magic sparked a late run for a 111-104 win against the Charlotte Hornets. Paolo Banchero scored 32 points, while Franz Wagner had 26. Wendell Carter Jr. had a game-high 11 rebounds. Banchero also scored seven rebounds and six assists. LaMelo Ball paced Charlotte with 25 points and nine assists. Josh Green and Nick Smith Jr. added 13 points each.

Knicks 128-113 Mavericks

Karl-Anthony Towns highlighted his first triple-double in more than three years and the New York Knicks overcame the Dallas Mavericks 128-113 on Tuesday night. OG Anunoby dropped 35 points, and Josh Hart had 16 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists for his ninth triple-double. Naji Marshall led the Mavericks with a career-high 38 points. Brandon Williams added 22 points and Dallas fell to 35-38 in the West.

Heat 112-86 Warriors

Miami Heat spoiled Jimmy Butler’s return game with a clinical win over the Golden State Warriors. Bam Adebayo scored 27 points, and Tyler Herro added 20. Alec Burks chipped in 18 and the Heat didn’t allow the Warriors to take a lead. Miami were 17 for 25 from 3-point range. Jimmy Butler managed 11 points on his return and Jonathan Kuminga scored a team-high 15. Brandin Podziemski dropped 14 points and Gui Santos added 13. Stephen Curry missed out the second straight game with a pelvic contusion.

Trail Blazers 111-122 Cavaliers

Cleveland Cavaliers snapped their four-game losing streak with a 122-111 win over the Trail Blazers. Darius Garland scored 27 points and eight assists while Ty Jerome added 25 off the bench. Evan Mobley highlighted 21 points and 12 rebounds in the win. The Cavs played without star guard Donovan Mitchell due to a left groin injury. Scoot Henderson and Shaedon Sharpe each scored 18 points for the Trail Blazers.

Kings 105-121 Thunder

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander racked up 32 points and the NBA-leading Oklahoma City Thunder extended their winning streak to seven games with a victory over the Sacramento Kings. Chet Holmgren added 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Alex Caruso had 15. Keegan Murray led the Kings with 28 points, including nine 3-pointers. Zach LaVine added 19 and Sacramento lost four in a row.
