NBA Playoffs 2025 Pacers vs Cavaliers Game 4 Injury Report: Key Updates on Darius Garland and Evan Mobley as Cavs Look to Tie The Series

Gulshan Sharma

Both teams will have a healthy roster for crucial Game 4 in Indiana.

The Indiana Pacers will host the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Sunday night. The Cavs bounced back from two straight defeats to get a 126-104 victory in Game 3 and they are one win away to equalise 2-2 in the playoff series.

The 34-13 scoring edge in the third quarter denied a 3-0 deficit for the Cavaliers and it could be another crucial matchup. Cleveland dropped five games out of seven against Indiana this season, including a 1-3 scoreline in regular-season. Despite the win in Game 3, the Cavs were 14-for-47 from the 3-point range. In Game 1, they went 9-for-38 from 3-point range. It could backfire them in next game as they cannot get the scoring edge again.

On the other hand, the Indiana Pacers failed to catch a 3-0 advantage in the playoff series. Pacers were 9-of-30 from 3-point range in previous game and their collapse in the first-half made them out of the contest. Still, Indiana can look for a potential series win if they clinch Game 4. A 3-1 lead in the series would set a pressure on the Cavs. However, the Cavaliers are the ones who overcame a 3-1 deficit to win the NBA finals in 2016.

Ahead of the crucial tie in Indianapolis, let’s break down the injury report for both teams and its impact on overall game.
