The Pacers snatched a crucial 120-119 victory in Game 2 to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series. It would be a series-defining clash for the Cavs, who have never won a playoff series after losing first two games.

Indiana outscored Cleveland 36-21 in the fourth quarter to pull off a finest comeback and extend their winning run in the playoffs. The Indiana Pacers don’t have a fresh injury concern for Thursday’s matchup. Isaiah Jackson is the only player listed on their injury report. He got injured against the Pelicans in the early November and played in only five games this season.

Cleveland Cavaliers Injury Report

• Darius Garland: Questionable
• Evan Mobley: Questionable
• De’Andre Hunter: Questionable

The Cavaliers have to deal with injury concerns for the do-or-die matchup on Thursday against the Pacers. Darius Garland has been listed questionable due to a toe injury.
