Los Angeles Sparks vs Las Vegas Aces WNBA Prediction- Spread & Other Bets- 07/29/2025

Shubham Singh

On Tuesday, July 29, the Los Angeles Sparks (11-14) host the Las Vegas Aces (13-13) in a WNBA regular-season game. The Sparks have not risen over 10th rank, whereas the Aces are 7th in the standings.

The Sparks etched a fantastic 101-99 win over the NY Liberty in their last game as Rickae Jackson hit a game-winner. Jackson led the team with 24 points as they shot 51%.

On the other hand, the Aces dominated Wings 106-80 on the heels of a 24-point performance by Jackie Young. The Aces made 15 out of 36 attempts from the three-point line.

Can the red-hot Sparks fend off the veteran Aces? Check the predictions related to player props, total, and spread here.

Los Angeles Sparks vs Las Vegas Aces Total Over/Under Prediction- WNBA Best Bets

LA has scored 91+ in the last five games, the best offensive stretch in the W. Meanwhile, they have conceded just 90+ once, indicating the one-way street these games have been. On the other hand, the Aces have been much more inconsistent but have the potential to score above 85.

Defensively, they tend to be loosey goosey at times, but just slightly better than the Sparks. Overall, we are probably looking at a high-scoring game here. The last two games have produced 175+.

Total: Over 174.5 for -110 at BetMGM

Here is an overview of my selections

Los Angeles Sparks vs Las Vegas Aces Player Props Predictions- WNBA Betting Picks

Dearica Hamby O 16.5 Points: Hamby has found her offensive groove. She has scored at least 17 in five straight games, aligning with the Sparks’ hot spell. I see her scoring at least 17 here again.

Jackie Young O 4.5 Assists: The Aces guard has been a strong playmaker lately. She is tallying 4.1 APG, dishing 5 or more assists in five of the last six games. I expect 6 assists here.

Rickea Jackson O 14.5 Points: Jackson is averaging 13.6 PPG but has far surpassed her average. She has put up 19 or more in four of the last five games. I believe she will score at least 15.

Main pick: Dearica Hamby O 16.5 points at BetMGM

Los Angeles Sparks vs Las Vegas Aces Spread Prediction

The Sparks have been on cloud nine these days. The clutch win against the Liberty must have raised their confidence further. They are still digging from the deep hole they built early in the season, but the shovel has hit the right spots.

On the other hand, the Aces have been engulfed by a swamp these days. They are barely halfway out of it and playing way below their potential. The Sparks have strangely struggled at home, but I see them using their current momentum to fend off the experienced Aces.

LA will likely cover the spread.
