Lamar Jackson Left Frustrated With Turnovers After Loss Against The Bills

Lamar Jackson, the quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, voiced his opinion regarding turnovers and protection of the ball. Jackson was clearly frustrated with himself and his team as the Ravens have, yet again, failed to deliver a championship. Winning shuts up the critics and the doubters.

Whereas, losing brings multiple questions such as; will the Ravens ever win a Superbowl title? Will the Ravens ever appear in a Superbowl matchup? More importantly, can the Ravens win titles with Lamar Jackson as their best player?

For the Ravens fans, it must be a familiar place to know that their team lost, primarily, due to turnovers. Turnovers has described the Ravens for quite some time now. Jackson and the Ravens have now faced the Bills twice in the playoffs and lost both of their matchups so far.

In the 2024-25 divisional round of the playoffs, The Ravens’ players crumbled under pressure. Especially, Mark Andrews, who could have tied the game in crunch time. Another question to be asked is, what’s next for the Ravens? Make some minor trades? Blow the entire team up and rebuild (not likely)? Or fire somebody from the coaching staff?

The Ravens certainly need some changes to their offensive line, edge, and cornerbacks. As revealed by Lamar Jackson himself, the quarterback needs better protection from the players to make better passes and commit fewer turnovers.

Ravens vs Bills in the Divisional Round of the 2024-25 Playoffs

Ravens lost the Bills in the divisional round of the 2024-25 post season. The game ended with a final score of 27-25. The biggest reason is due to the 3 turnovers they committed. Jackson threw an interception and was sacked once. Meanwhile Mark Andrews, (tight end for the Ravens) fumbled the ball and dropped the catch when he supposed to convert on a two-point attempt. The Bills were up by 11 points at the half and that proved to be too much for the Ravens to overcome.

After the game Jackson stated his frustration with his team saying,

“Can’t have that sh**. As you can see, we’re moving the ball wonderfully. Hold on to the f****** ball. Sorry for the language but this sh** is annoying. Tired of this sh**.”

Jackson finished the game with 254 yards, 2 touchdowns, threw an interception, and was sacked once. Josh Allen had 2 rushing touchdowns, was sacked once, and threw for 127 yards. Both the quarterbacks did their jobs. However, the only reason why Allen outplayed Jackson is because he did not throw an interception.

Who do the Buffalo Bills play next?

The Bills are facing the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC Conference Championship. The Chiefs looking to three-peat, something that has never been done before. Meanwhile, if the Bills win and advance, they have a chance to win their first Superbowl under Josh Allen’s leadership.
