Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant made a successful return alongside Bradley Beal during the team’s 127-100 win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday in the NBA Cup.
Durant missed the past seven games with a calf strain he suffered at the start of November. The Suns were struggling with just a 1-6 record in those games, with Beal also missing five of them due to a calf injury.
The star duo returned against LeBron James’ Lakers at home.

Kevin Durant totaled 14 points, 2-3 3pt, 5-8 FG, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists as the Suns ended the second quarter with a 2-point lead.
However, Devin Booker unleashed himself in the third quarter, scoring 19 points and 9 assists as Suns outscore Lakers 32-17.
Booker finished with 26 points on 10-for-17 shooting and contributed with 10 assists. Meanwhile, Bradley Beal added 23 points.
