Vit Kopriva is currently No. 87 in the world as per the ATP Rankings. The Czech sensation is the fourth best player from his country, and is yet to win a title on the professional circuit. Kopriva started playing tennis at a young age, and idolized Roger Federer while growing up. Having turned pro in 2015, the now 28-year-old reached his maiden Grand Slam second round at this year’s French Open.

Kopriva has a win-loss record of 8-9 on tour this year. Primarily featuring on the ATP Challenger Tour in 2025, he made a breakthrough with a quarterfinal finish at the Grand Prix Hassan II in April. At the recently concluded Winston-Salem Open, Kopriva reached the Round of 32 where he lost to Sebastian Korda. With six Challenger trophies to his name, Czechia’s talented mainstay will aim to upset the top ranked player in the world.
