Inter Milan vs FC Barcelona: Top Matchups

Among the many reasons to watch the semifinal clash, Barcelona’s 17-year-old star boy, Yamal, will be one of the main highlights. Having competed against Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni a few times, the two of them have built up a sparkling rivalry.

Bastoni, who played against Yamal in the International matchup, had high praise for the Spanish youngster. Talking about his experience with Lamal over the past few games, Bastoni in his interview said:

“I had already faced him with Spain, and he was not yet at this level. I was impressed by the level he reached, for his age and ability to create incredible things on the pitch, I think he is among the best in the world right now.”

“We’ll have to double, maybe triple (mark) him like we did in the first leg.”

“We are sure that our fans will be there to support us, and we will give everything to reach the final.”

Yamal, who has scored five goals and three assists in the UCL this season, has lit up the knockout stages. It’ll be a trick for Inter Milan as Bastoni mentioned to keep the right winger quiet.
