The Indiana Fever will not have the number 1 pick that they had in the previous two draft events. This time, the roster is in much healthier shape. The Indiana Fever got the No.8 overall pick for the 2025 WNBA Draft after they finished in the 6th position last season.

However, even though No.8 was given up as part of a four-team trade involving the arrival of Sophie Cunningham. Instead, Indiana Fever now has a No.19, No.20, and No.33 overall pick. Their first opportunity at the draft event is set to occur in the mid-second round.

Who Will the Indiana Fever Pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft?

Aziaha James is another prospect that the Indiana Fever will be looking at to offset some pressure from Caitlin Clark. James’ 2024-25 breakout NCAA season had her FG percentage at 44.5. While, she averaged 17.9 PPG and 4.9 RPG for the North Carolina State Wolfpack. The only concern that remains is her defense, which came out as a huge liability for the Wolfpack.
